United StatesRalph Anthony Koo, a 57-year-old US citizen from Danville, CA, joined the International Legion of Clowns 4th Battalion in Ukraine in 2023. He was previously in the US Army Reserves. According to US media, he fled Ukraine back home in April 2024.
